Zucchini Chocolate Cake

½ c butter

½ c oil

1 ¾ c sugar

2 eggs

1 t vanilla

2 ½ c flour

4 T cocoa

¾ t salt

1 t baking soda

½ c buttermilk

2 c finely grated zucchini

¼ c brown sugar

¼ c chocolate chips

½ c chopped pecans

Beat together first 5 ingredients.  Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture.  Stir in buttermilk.  Fold in zucchini.  Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan.  Sprinkle top with last 3 ingredients.  Bake at 350⁰ F for 50-60 mn.
